How to use

After cleansing, dispense toner onto a cotton pad or hands and gently sweep over the face and neck

Tip: Soak a cotton pad with the toner and gently pat it on the skin. Using cotton pads will help gently exfoliate, and remove excess sebum, making skin smoother and softer.

Soak a cotton pad with toner and place it on dry, blemished, or irritated areas, such as the cheeks and forehead. Leave it on for 3 to 5 minutes to provide concentrated nourishment to areas of need
